Formerly home to the “Latający Holender” restaurant, this beautifully transformed interior now offers a true taste of Georgia in the heart of the Old Town.

The GEMO menu features authentic Georgian classics such as khinkali, various styles of khachapuri, flavorful grilled skewers, traditional soups and desserts, as well as a selection of fine Georgian wines and refreshing lemonades. During the summer, we invite you to relax in our charming garden terrace – filled with flowers, lanterns, and stylish wooden tables – perfect for a sunny lunch or a romantic dinner with a view of Gdańsk’s historic townhouses.
